Terms of Service

TV Diagnostic is a remote diagnostic service. You submit photos or a short video and a description of the problem; a technician with 15+ years of TV repair experience reviews the submission and sends you a written report by email.

We don’t repair TVs. The report tells you what’s wrong, what the likely part is, what repair should cost, and what we’d do in your place.

The report is an expert opinion based on what you submit. It is not a physical inspection: some faults can’t be confirmed without hands-on testing, and the report will say when that’s the case.

Cost figures are realistic ranges for parts and typical labor, not fixed quotes.

The fee is $25 per diagnostic, paid once through Stripe before the review starts. There are no subscriptions and no upsells.

Simple cases are usually delivered within 2 hours during business hours (8am–9pm ET, 7 days a week); complex ones within 5. Submissions outside business hours are handled first thing the next morning.

Reports can document the cause, extent, and cost of damage for an insurance or warranty claim. Whether your insurer accepts an independent report is up to your insurer — we don’t guarantee any claim outcome. Check your claim’s requirements before ordering.

Only submit photos and information you have the right to share. Don’t use the service to harass, defraud, or misrepresent damage — reports may be withheld in such cases.

The service is provided as-is. Decisions about repairing, replacing, or claiming on a TV are yours; our liability is limited to the fee paid for the diagnostic.
